Resumen:
The purpose of this research has been to analyse the neoliberal agenda in education of the 'market radicals' in Spain. They are a group of think tanks that are nurturing the ideological agenda of the extreme right in a cultural battle against what they call 'cultural Marxism', 'gender ideology' and 'state totalitarianism' that has turned current education, according to them, into a real disaster. It uses CDA, from which Discourse Analysis is employed as methodology, and assumes a critical stance, like CDA, on the textual corpus under examination, seeking to identify and analyse the reproduction of neoliberal ideology in the corpus of analysis compiled from the 9 Spanish think tanks associated with Atlas Network, the most important international organisation of market radicalism and how it intervenes in the field of education. The results show that it is possible to find a deep identification between Market Radicals and many of the principles and postulates of the extreme right, particularly with the VOX party, both in the problems raised and the solutions proposed. The conclusions discuss the tensions between libertarians and anarcho-capitalists in their proposals and solutions. As limitations, it should be noted that this is a preliminary analysis that needs to be expanded further, both in depth and breadth.
