MODEL OF ORGANIZATIONAL CYBERCULTURE IN KNOWLEDGE INNOVATION

Resumen:
The establishment of a model for the study of the organizational
cyberculture around the innovation of knowledge is the objective of this
paper. A literature review was carried out with a selection of sources
indexed to national repositories to be able to create a model for the
study of cyberculture. Lines of research concerning the amplification of
the repositories, techniques and theories around the amplification of
the model are pointed out.
