Resumen:
We studied a case of a man with a cutaneous disease of 14 years of evolution diagnosed as mycetoma by Nocardia brasilensis. The distribution of the lessions suggested a linfatic dissemination. The patient was treated with sulfametoxazol/trimetropin and amikacin for three weeks, 6 months before.
