This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief. This paper contains substantial overlap (both text and images) with an earlier publication by the corresponding author Electrochimica Acta, 51 (2006), page 4393-4404 (http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.electacta.2005.12.019), without reference to that earlier publication. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Apparently that statement was false. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. Therefore this paper represents a violation of copyright laws and of generally accepted publishing ethics. Apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process. © 2020
