Resumen:
The testament made by the noble Indian Juan Francisco de la Cruz, in 1803 in Mexico City in New Spain, ordered that his body lie in repose in the convent of Corpus Christi, that all his belongings were for his wife dona Catalina Ines, and that his adopted son would stay in the house and take care of the woman who took care of him since he was a child. Juan Francisco died in peace, under the protection of the Virgin of the Rosary, because he was a devotee of that deity.
