Resumen:
In this paper an output feedback controller is designed for the thyristor controlled series capacitor (TCSC) aimed at enhancing power system stability. The closed loop system is completed by considering a damping injection passivity-based controller and a nonlinear observer. It is shown, by using Lyapunov arguments, the asymptotic stability properties of the closed loop system. Copyright © 2004 IFAC.
