Resumen:
Through empirical and documented references in the Chemistry-Pharmacy- Biology (QFB) major at the FES Zaragoza UNAM, there have been moderated rates failure and desertion in the modules of microbiology and immunology, which led to the implementation of a questionnaire ex professo to 241 students to know their perception about the learning experiences on these subjects in the laboratory environments. We concluded that the highest impact factor on the polled students perception are some instructor's educational aspects, as well as interpersonal relationships, the instructor's level of update on the matter, and their teaching capabilities, some teachers could improve their attitude to the smooth development of laboratory practices, which have obsolete equipment, low technical support, with shortages of reagents and laboratory manuals out of date.
