Resumen:
Superconducting Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O thin films were prepared by thermal evaporation of BaF2, CaF2, and Cu components on MgO substrates followed by vacuum annealing of Ba-Ca-Cu precursors in dry oxygen and thallination in flowing oxygen at atmospheric pressure. Dramatic structural changes in synthesized films (stored in laboratory surroundings ) accompanied by an increase of the zero-resistivity Tco were observed when examinations were repeated in months cycles. Microstrips 16?m wide and 120-150 ?m long were made out of these films and their electrical dc transport properties were investigated.
