Resumen:
Using simple numerical manipulation of the dielectric data, the second-order memory function (SOMF) for the dicyclohexylmetyl-2metyl succinate was obtained. It was found that SOMF could give valuable information about the molecular motions responsible for the dielectric relaxation. The temperature dependence of the parameters characterizing the SOMF behavior for two ester substances was also presented.
