Resumen:
It is described the organization of an undergraduate course on thermodynamics according with an epistemological perspective. Each one of the axioms or postulates of thermodynamics are explained to show the existence of state variables as objective properties of any system. This way arises as intrinsic properties of any system (non depending on individuals nor on measuring instruments) their temperature, internal energy and entropy. From these variables another derived variables result intrinsic, like the Gibbs' function and the related constants of reaction in chemistry.
