Resumen:
Dispersion relation of guided-mode resonances in non-dissipative dielectric diffraction gratings was presented. An approximate theory was used for the evaluation of dispersion relation of s-polarized and p-polarized incident waves. The locations of Bragg peaks at different orders were correlated with the different propogating diffraction orders. It was observed that the appearance of Bragg peaks was more pronounced for thicker gratings.
